CAMP REGISTRATION

in three steps:

1.  Complete the on-line Registration Form below.

2.  Print out the Parental Permission/Medical Release.  Fill out completely and sign.  Turn release form into your local YW Leader.
 
3.  Pay $150 Camp Fee (per YW).  All fees should be made payable to your Ward/Branch.
Payments are due 4/1/23.
