Joliet Stake Youth

The Joliet Stake has the privilege of attending FSY Conference in July 2026, either the week of July 20 or July 27! We are encouraging youth from the Joliet Stake to attend either session!
Registration has begun and is open currently for our assigned cycle. On-Cycle Registration deadlines can be found below and on the FSY website. If you need any help registering or have any questions, please reach out to your Ward Young Women's President or a member of your Bishopric. If Ward youth leaders are in need of additional assistance or information, please reach out to your appropriate Stake representatives.
Each participant will be asked to pay $75. Our FSY for 2026 will be held at Purdue University in West Lafayette, IN.
For the Strength of Youth (FSY) conferences are modeled after Brigham Young University’s Especially for Youth (EFY) conferences (button at the bottom of this page). These five-day events have been held extensively outside the United States and Canada for a number of years.
Youth may attend beginning in the year they turn 14 and until the year they turn 18. If space is available, youth from invited stakes who will be no older than 18 by December 31, 2022, and will graduate high school before August 2022 may begin registering in April. Each stake will be invited every other year.
FSY conferences are an anchor to the Children and Youth program. They include activities, devotionals, and classes designed to help strengthen faith in Jesus Christ and provide opportunities for youth to grow spiritually, socially, physically, and intellectually.

On-cycle Preregistration

October 21, 2025–January 13, 2026

Preregistration is available to approved youth. There is no preference given to youth that preregister first over those who preregister last.

On-cycle Preregistration Finalization

January 15–28, 2026

At the beginning of this phase, session assignments are announced to youth who have completed their preregistration.

Session assignments can be viewed on their FSY Dashboard.

Session assignments will also be emailed or texted to youth and parents (though this may take a few days).

Registration should be finalized for youth who were given a session assignment.

Youth may decline their assignment by not finalizing it during this phase.

If registration is not finalized in this phase, their reserved spot will be forfeited.

On-cycle Priority Registration

January 29–February 11, 2026

Youth that preregistered and didn't finalize their session assignment, or didn't receive an assigned session, may register for one of their stake's assigned sessions, and already registered youth may transfer.

On-cycle Standard Registration

February 12–25, 2026

All approved youth, including those who did not preregister, may register for one of their stake's assigned sessions. Approved youth who have already registered may transfer.

On-cycle Open Registration

Beginning February 26, 2026

Approved youth may register for any* available spot in their country of residence and already registered youth may transfer.

Off-cycle Registration

Beginning March 12, 2026

When this phase begins, chances of on-cycle youth getting into their preferred session drop drastically. It is strongly recommended that on-cycle youth register before this date.
